Happy New Year!

Every New Year, people make new commitments and resolutions that they want to follow. But, it is important to set realistic goals for the year. A lot of people are very vague which makes it easy to not follow through with your goals. Be specific with your goals. Instead of saying, “I want to get healthy”, say “I want to exercise at least 30 mins every day” or “I want to have a serving of veggies with every meal”. These are more realistic goals you can accomplish everyday.



How to make realistic 2020 goals:

1. Don't make too many resolutions or you will not fully accomplish a goal.

2. Write them down or tell them to a friend because it will help you stay on track.

3. Be patient and recognize that even small steps are accomplishments to celebrate as you work towards your ultimate goal!

Self-love Resolutions:

1. Be more positive towards your looks.

2. Surround yourself with people who hype you up instead of bring you down.

3. Stop comparing yourself to others because you’re beautiful the way you are.

4. Have patience, you won’t find your confidence overnight, it is a journey.

5. Look inward and focus on what you’re fueling your body with and your attitude.




Make 2020 the year FOR YOU! Learn to love yourself and who you are because it will help future friendships and relationships. Always remember that you are not alone no matter what you are going through. Have patience with yourself this year and celebrate all the little accomplishments
