My Second Podcast Summary

Summary of the Episode...

I posted my second podcast this past week! In this episode, I talked about the relationship between your presence on social media and a negative body image. I provided a lot of studies and research that have proven a correlation between social media and body confidence. Also, I gave everyday solutions you can practice to develop a more positive body image. Lastly, I provided tips to make more realistic 2020 goals that you can easily sustain throughout the whole year.


What I need to improve on…

I know it’s only my second podcast, but it’s hard for me to act natural and be myself while I’m recording. Also, I’m still trying to make my podcasts longer but I don’t want to be repeating myself over and over. When I’m editing, I’ve realized that I say “so that was fun”, “um”, “so yeah”, and “which is really important” A LOT!!!! But with editing, I can easily take out those phrases.


What went well…

For this episode, I only had to record it one time! Also, I talked slower during this episode so I’m definitely getting a little more comfortable with the microphone. Editing podcasts is fairly easy because I’m just deleting repeated phrases and long pauses so it does not take me very long.


As I’m getting the hang of recording and editing podcasts, I’m hoping that I can make more in these next couple months. Also, if you missed my last podcast I will also link it here. Thank you & enjoy the episode!
